1. Payment handling
GamesForFriends accepts the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment transactions are handled through the checkout flow and connected payment providers used for order processing.
2. Card and payment information
We do not store full card numbers in ordinary store records. Where card payments are used, sensitive payment details are processed by the relevant payment provider.
3. Checkout safeguards
- Orders are submitted through controlled checkout pages rather than informal email payment requests.
- We may review orders for pricing errors, stock mismatches, fraud concerns, delivery anomalies, or verification issues.
- We may contact you if an order needs correction, confirmation, or additional verification before dispatch.
4. Fraud prevention
We may delay, decline, or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, unauthorised use, pricing abuse, identity inconsistency, or material checkout error. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we refund it promptly.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Use accurate billing, delivery, and contact details.
- Review the order carefully before payment.
- Contact support promptly if you believe an order contains an error or unauthorised activity.
