1. About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from GamesForFriends. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our related policies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

3. Orders and acceptance
Listings on the site are an invitation to treat. An order is not accepted until we confirm it. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order where stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, a listing contains a material error, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it promptly.
4. Pricing, GST, and payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). GST is included where required. Delivery charges and accepted payment methods are shown during checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order.
5. Delivery
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are guidance only and may vary due to stock, carrier, verification, or regional delivery conditions. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery, while title passes once full payment is received.
6. Returns, refunds, and change of mind
Returns are handled under our published returns process and the ACL. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted under the store returns policy, while faulty, unsafe, or materially misdescribed goods are handled in line with non-excludable consumer rights.
7. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or compensation depending on whether a problem is minor or amounts to a major failure.
8. Product descriptions and compatibility
We aim to keep listings accurate, including condition notes and compatibility details. Buyers remain responsible for checking suitability for their own setup before ordering, particularly where older hardware, region differences, adapters, or accessories are involved.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. This clause does not apply to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the ACL.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia. Any dispute is subject to the rights and procedures available under those laws.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to future orders from the date of publication.
